Flerti is a Social Network for 13 to 17 years old youngsters. Flicks, Live Video Chat, Nearby Search, Profile Wall, Messaging, Like/Dislike feature, Photo/Video Gallery management are salient features of this Project.

Primary Responsibilities

Worked as Team Lead in small group of members with the following primary responsibilities;

• Scrum meeting on daily basis.
• Sprints planning on weekly basis.
• Release planning.
• Daily tasks checking, commits and more.
• Weekly code review. 
• Code refectoring.
• Code & performance optimization.
• Daily updates and work lookup.
• Major and critical fixes for Php, MySql, Cent OS and Git.
